Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Structure for Indonesia 660MW Power Plant

Jidian Construction Materials Co., Ltd. provided the steel structure for a 660MW thermal power plant project in Indonesia. The 12,400-ton steel package includes turbine hall framing with 32-meter clear height, boiler house support structures designed for thermal expansion up to 80mm, and heavy equipment platforms with hot-dip galvanized coating for tropical marine environment durability.

All structural steel was hot-dip galvanized per ISO 1461 with a minimum zinc coating thickness of 85µm, providing 40-year corrosion protection in the aggressive coastal environment. Components were pre-engineered at our Xiamen, Fujian, China facility for efficient overseas shipping in standard 40-foot containers. Our team provided on-site erection supervision and weld inspection services, with the boiler structure achieving hydrostatic test readiness in 16 months.

Key Data: 12,400 tons galvanized steel | 660MW capacity | 32m turbine hall height | ISO 1461 85µm zinc coating | 40-year corrosion protection | 16-month delivery
