Jidian Construction Materials Co., Ltd. provided the decorative steel structure system for a major theme park expansion in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The 2,800-ton steel package includes custom-curved architectural members, feature canopies with integrated LED lighting supports, and thematic entrance structures designed to create immersive visitor environments. All curved members were roll-formed to precise radii using CNC bending equipment at our fabrication facility.

The project presented unique challenges in coordinating complex geometric shapes with structural integrity requirements in a tropical climate with humidity exceeding 85%. Our team utilized 3D BIM modeling for clash detection and fabrication accuracy, achieving field-fit tolerance of plus or minus 2mm across all 960 connection points. Components were containerized and shipped to the Port of Tanjung Pelepas for assembly by our technical advisory team, with all structural work completed within 8 months.
