Jidian Construction Materials Co., Ltd. supplied the steel framework for an equipment manufacturing facility in Selangor, Malaysia. The 5,900-ton steel structure features heavy-duty crane runways rated for 50-ton bridge cranes, reinforced floor systems designed for 15 kN/m² equipment point loads, and flexible bay configurations allowing 6-meter spacing adjustments for future equipment layout changes.

Our design incorporated vibration isolation pads at precision machining equipment foundations and acoustic isolation treatment at the building envelope for noise-sensitive finishing areas. The facility achieved a structural layout efficiency of 78% usable production area to total floor area, exceeding the industry benchmark of 70%. All welded connections were 100% ultrasonically tested in accordance with GB/T 11345 Level B.
