The 17,200-ton steel package includes clean room structural supports rated for ISO Class 4 cleanliness environments, raised access floor pedestal systems integrated into the composite floor deck, and heavy equipment platforms for lithography tools weighing up to 180 tons.

Our team designed the structure for maximum vibration control achieving VC-E criteria at wafer fabrication areas, using a combination of stiffened floor framing and tuned mass dampers. The building envelope incorporates EMF shielding through galvanized steel decking with continuous electrical bonding. The facility was delivered with a structural warranty covering 25 years of vibration performance compliance.
