Jidian Construction Materials Co., Ltd. fabricated the curved steel box girder system for a multi-level highway interchange in Chongqing. The 11,300-ton steel package features precision-engineered curved box girders with radii as tight as 85 meters, seismic isolation bearings at all support locations, and durable bridge deck systems with epoxy asphalt wearing surfaces rated for 15-year service life.

Pre-fabricated at our Xiamen, Fujian, China facility, the girder segments were match-assembled and shipped via Yangtze River barge transport for rapid on-site erection with minimal traffic disruption. Each curved segment was 3D-scanned after fabrication to verify geometric compliance within ±3mm tolerance. The interchange's 4-level structure carries 120,000 vehicles per day and was completed with only 12 weekend closures of existing roadways.
