The 8,700-ton steel package features typhoon-rated wind resistance engineered for Category 16 super typhoons, corrosion protection using thermal-sprayed zinc-aluminum coating, and precision-aligned launch support systems with tolerance requirements of ±0.5mm at 60-meter elevation.

Fabricated at our Xiamen, Fujian, China facility, all components met stringent aerospace tolerances verified through laser tracker measurement systems. The tower structure incorporates lightning protection systems, cryogenic fluid supply supports, and vibration isolation for precision guidance equipment. Our team provided on-site technical advisory services throughout the 14-month assembly period.
