The 22,000-ton steel structure supports twin 200-ton overhead cranes operating on dedicated crane aisles, heavy equipment platforms for rolling mill stands, and specialized production line infrastructure including cooling bed supports and descaling spray galleries.

Our engineering team optimized the structural design for dynamic crane loads with fatigue analysis per AISC 360 Appendix 3, incorporating crane runway girder camber compensation and vibration isolation at equipment supports. The workshop achieved a 36-meter clear height at the crane hook, with the main frame designed for 2 million crane load cycles over the structure's 50-year design life.
